Therefore, we concluded that a consultancy service that provides client satisfaction cannot disregard the commitment to the client. With this in mind, we created our consultancy service.


Our service is divided into two areas:  Email advice, the Client sends us an email stating the problem to be solved, to which we provide a detailed answer by email. This offers lower costs and shorter handling times for both parties. Telephone advice, the Client calls to speak directly with our experts, entrusting the management of the case to one of our Tenderers, if purely practical-operational issues, or to one of our lawyers if the request concerns legal matters.

It is essential to maintain a vocabulary that can be used by all, including those who are not legal experts. Explaining legal concepts that can be understood by everyone immediately with simplicity and clarity is our sure advantage!

Not to mention the timing! In the vast majority of cases, we provide answers almost in real time! If the question requires further investigation, we reserve a wider timeframe to be able to provide a diligent response, as well as assigning a scale of urgency linked to participation in a tender to requests that require absolute priority.
